A horrible injustice may soon be righted.
Just last week, I was bitchin about how I don’t put much stock in the Rock N’ Roll Hall of Fame because of one band having yet to be inducted: Rush. And in a classic “ask and you shall receive” moment, I may finally be able to respect this institution that has wronged the world for decades!
Rush, Heart, Deep Purple, and Joan Jett and Blackhearts are among the 2013 Rock N’ Roll Hall of Fame Nominees.
And now for the first time, the masses voices can be heard! You can vote for the band you wish to be inducted between now and December 3rd. The compiled fan votes will be submitted as a fan ballot and will count in the final tally along with artists, historians, and music business folks that comprise the voting body.
I have already voted for The Holy Trinity…
The top 3 winners will be inducted on April 18th, 2013.
