You can get a new kind of souvenir this time!
With Bon Jovi’s “This House is Not For Sale” tour kicking off and making a stop in St. Louis, you can get a new kind of souvenir this time. It’s essentially a small bracelet with a USB interface that opens up your web browser when you put it in your computer. From there, the site will let you actually download a video of one of the tour stops from the band’s tour.
This is pretty cool on a few levels, so not only can you rewatch the concert you probably paid a lot to be at, you can give someone the gift of music if they were out of town or had to work that show, for example.
No word on a price point as of now, but it’s certainly not going to be free. After the album, “This House is Not For Sale” had a great debut, it quickly dropped down the charts, so they’re likely hoping to make up for some lost revenue this way.
Still, if it’s worth it, would you pick up a video of your concert? Or even another one from a previous date?
