Today’s award goes to 22-year-old Ashley Dudley of Virginia who tried to hook up her friends behind bars with some marijuana – but had a weak plan.  Ashely sent letters to inmates with pot hidden under the stamps.  Deputies at the jail intercepted the letters after noticing the stamps had strange lumps under them.  Ashley was tracked down through fingerprints on the letters.  She told arresting officers she knew she should have worn gloves.
