It’s never smart to call the cops to report being ripped off while you were doing something illegal.  But somehow, dumbasses just keep doing it.  Our latest: A man named Scott in Maine called police to complain that the hooker he hired shorted him 10 minutes worth of fun, and he wanted some of his money back.  Of course Scott is the one who ended up arrested, since engaging a prostitute is illegal.
