Today’s award goes to an Oregon father who used a dog shock collar on his four children, all of whom are under the age of 10.  The father was jailed on charges of criminal mistreatment after admitting that he put electronic dog collars on his kids and shocked each child at least once.  He said he didn’t do it as punishment, but beause he thought it would be funny.  Yeah, hilarious.
