A guy named Damaine Mitchell was in court in Ohio on a drug charge.  The judge gave him the chance to stay out of prison if he’d give up marijuana.  Damaine told the judge he likes smoking weed and staying off it would be a “challenge”, so could he just have one more joint first??  The judge quickly said no and now Damaine has to return to court next week while the judge decides what to do with him now.  Couldn’t he have just at least said he’d give up the weed???
