Today’s dumbass award goes to a bank in Florida due to major lack of compassion and service.  A man is upset (and rightly so) because the bank refused to cash his check without an identifying thumbprint – even though the man was born without arms.  When the man told the bank manager that he couldn’t give a thumbprint for obvious reasons, the manager suggested he open an account with the bank or his check couldn’t be cashed. Later a bank spokesman said the manager should have made accommodations for the man.
