Former Ozzy Bassist Lawsuit Dismissed

A lawsuit revolving around unpaid royalties to former Ozzy Osbourne band bassist Bob Daisley will not go forward.

According to Courthouse News Service U.S. District Judge Christina Snyder ruled that Daisley’s claims that Osbourne used a sham company, Blizzard Music Limited, to withhold royalties are matters to be settled in arbitration.

Daisley’s lawsuit states that the firm did an audit at his request in 2014 and found that at least $2 million in royalties had been withheld, although it could not determine an exact amount. He also said that last year the publishing company has been taking a higher percentage then what he originally agreed to, going from ten percent to twenty-five percent.
