Mötley Crüe is Recording Four New Songs

The rumors are true!! Vince Neil announced the band’s return to studio and their plans to record four new songs.

Talk of a Mötley Crüe reunion started swirling after Tommy Lee and Nikki Sixx were spotted in studio together just a few weeks ago (August 28th). Fans have speculated that the trio were working on music for the film adaptation of the group’s biography, The Dirt – Confessions Of The World’s Most Notorious Rock Band (see who’s playing Tommy Lee). Tommy Lee fueled rumors by posting a brief video of himself playing drums on his Instagram, captioning the clip: “It’s that new s**t!!!”

But now we have proof- Vince Neil announced Sept. 13th via Twitter that the boys are back in studio!

Neil clarified for fans, even admitting the band’s agreement to never tour together again.

No official announcement has been made about the songs’ release or intent to create more music together, but we can hope!
