Is Motley Crue playing the Super Bowl?

Motley Crue teases big plans for February 3rd, leading to speculations of the band playing at the Super Bowl.

Motley Crue has some EPIC plans for 2019 according to their Twitter.

A cryptic tweet featuring 3 emojis, 02.03.19 (date of Super Bowl LII) and #ad have fans talking.

While it’s still a possibility for the band to perform at the halftime show (Maroon 5 is the only band slated to play at this time) signs are pointing to an official trailer for their upcoming film The Dirt being released during the big game. The Dirt is planning a Netflix release date of March 22 and features four new songs by the band. The cast includes rapper Machine Gun Kelly as Tommy Lee, Douglas Booth as Nikki Six, Iwan Rheon as Mick Mars, and Daniel Webber as Vince Neil.
