In a surprising turn of events, KCMQ’s Chris Kennedy had the best bracket! Unfortunately, he is ineligible to win Trevor’s $100, so the next best bracket was Brian Buchhiet’s of Columbia! Congrats Brian!

Welcome to the 11th Annual Morning Shag Tournament of Bad!
We took your suggestions on everything that annoys you, grinds your gears, and raises your blood pressure! We then put them into a bracket for us to work through together until we crown “The Worst of the Worst” of 2026!
Be listening each weekday morning at 7:35 a.m. as Shags and Trevor unveil the new match-up. Then you vote for which you think is worse by calling or texting 1-800-455-1967, voting on our facebook page, or at KCMQ.com and the KCMQ App.
The team with the most votes moves on, and the other is eliminated from the Tournament.
To those who filled out a bracket for a chance to win $100 of Trevor’s own money, you can see the leaderboard below.

- Brackets must be submitted by Monday, March 16th, at 5:00 a.m. to qualify
