“I Was At The Gym”
A bar in the U.K. changed its name to “The Gym” so patrons could tell people they’re going to the gym in the new year.
Shags and Trevor feel like they should have used the same gimmick for the show! If they had only named the show “The Morning Workout”, they could have gotten a spike in ratings… for at least two weeks.
Shags Review of “American Nightmare”
Do you remember the book/ movie “Gone Girl”?
When a woman was allegedly kidnapped, her boyfriend called the police. The boyfriend was considered a suspect until the woman reemerged!
Was the crime pulled directly from the book/ movie?!
Shags was enthralled with the docuseries and highly recommends it!
Moobs Can Kill You
If you’re middle-aged and have “man boobs”, you may want to go to the doctor.
A new study found middle-aged men with ‘man boobs’ are 37% more likely to die before the age of 75.
The kicker: If your man boobs are because you are overweight, this does not apply! (Though being overweight has its own health concerns).
You may have a condition called gynecomastia which is a hormone imbalance that causes enlarged breast tissue.
Shags has noticed some extra jiggling upstairs and is probably going to look into this … and in getting some ‘athletic support’.
Push Or Pull?
When you come up to a door, do you pull it or push it?
The results are nearly split in half!
Trevor says he analyzes the door as he approaches it. If it’s a bar in the center, he’ll push it. If it’s a handle, he’ll pull it. But he admitted in the event he can’t tell, he tends to push.
Shags said he likes to get a running start and put his shoulder into it. That usually opens the door.
