A yogurt company (we thought it was weird too) is putting up $10,000 for 10 people to give up their smartphones for a month!
Trevor would do this in a heartbeat! He feels he spends way too much time on his phone and would love the incentive to change his behavior.
Shags has an epic play streak going on his Tune Blast game that he doesn’t want to give up.
Shags Review of “American Nightmare”
Do you remember the book/ movie “Gone Girl”?
When a woman was allegedly kidnapped, her boyfriend called the police. The boyfriend was considered a suspect until the woman reemerged!
Was the crime pulled directly from the book/ movie?!
Shags was enthralled with the docuseries and highly recommends it!
Moobs Can Kill You
If you’re middle-aged and have “man boobs”, you may want to go to the doctor.
A new study found middle-aged men with ‘man boobs’ are 37% more likely to die before the age of 75.
The kicker: If your man boobs are because you are overweight, this does not apply! (Though being overweight has its own health concerns).
You may have a condition called gynecomastia which is a hormone imbalance that causes enlarged breast tissue.
Shags has noticed some extra jiggling upstairs and is probably going to look into this … and in getting some ‘athletic support’.
Bill’s Fans Must Feed The Pit!
Are Buffalo Bills fans using the ‘dark arts’ to manifest their teams 6 game win streak?
The team is getting a new stadium, but right now the site for it is a giant pit.
Several weeks ago, a fan fell into the pit. And the Bills won that game. Allegedly, each week since a fan has ‘sacrificed’ themselves to the pit and the Bills have continued to win!
Frankly, we’re ok if all Bills fans decide to throw themselves in this pit.

6 to 1 Grocery Shopping Rule
No one likes grocery shopping. But a chef on TikTok is trying to make it easier with the 6 to 1 rule.
The idea is simple. Pick up: 6 vegetables, 5 fruits, 4 proteins, 3 starches, 2 sauces or spreads, and 1 thing just for you.
Shags can’t even name 6 vegetables…
Men ARE Better At Directions
A recent study found that men are better at navigation and directions than women. However, the reason is probably not what you are thinking.
The theory is our society encourages boys to go outside and play and girls to stay inside and play (broad generalizations). Boys being outside, exploring, getting lost, etc. had to practice the skill set of navigating back home for longer. Thus men are better at directions because they have practiced it longer.
Of course not all boys played outside all the time and not all girls played inside all the time… so your results may vary.
Shags is confident he is better at directions than his Forever Fiancé. Ask her about going to her uncles house at the lake sometime…
