How Often Do You Hurkle-Durkle?
It felt like Gen Z just came up with a silly name for waking up, but staying in bed for a while. They called it ‘bed rotting’.
But now, they appear to be bringing back an old Scottish term to describe waking up and staying in bed. It kind of reminds us of ‘Dilly Dally’. And is way more fun to say than ‘Bed Rotting’.
So, go forth and share with your friends the definition of Hurkle-Durkle!
Adam Sandler Is The Spaceman
Adam Sandler’s new movie is as Shags described it, “2 hours of patience”.
Spaceman is on Netflix now and though Shags seemed to feel it was rather abstract, he did say that it had a good message about not taking relationships for granted.
This is not a comedy, rather it’s one of those Adam Sandler movies where he trying to be taken more seriously. In fairness, some of those movies are winners.

The Sexiest Chores

A new survey found that 91% of singles find a person that keeps up with doing chores attractive.
Doing the dishes, the laundry, and cooking all scored very high.
Shags felt like the main takeaway for singles here is to make your dating profile pictures ones of you doing your chores.
Trevor feels a conspiracy is a foot. “No one believes doing the dishes is sexy. They’re just trying to manipulate you into doing the dishes so they don’t have to!”
But if you’re looking to feel sexy, we have some chores we could use some help on!
Did Trevor Understand Dune Part 2?
Trevor shared yesterday that when he watched 2021’s Dune, he didn’t fully understand what was going on. He had to watch a video on YouTube that explained the movie to him.
So the first question Shags asked Trevor this morning after he saw Dune Part 2 last night was, “Did you understand the movie?”
Trevor responded… “I think?”
Though the movie had more action than the first one (and the action is pretty cool) there was still a lot that goes over his head.
Granted, Trevor admitted that he had not read the books and perhaps that would have helped give him a leg up.
Or Trevor is just too dumb to grasp cinema.

A man posted to the internet that he is in need of serious advice.
He told the girl he was dating that he play the piano to try and impress her. And after years of dating, her family is wanting him to play the piano for a party. The only problem is, he was lying about knowing how to play piano. He is now asking the internet for help on how to navigate his way out of the situation.
This caused Shags and Trevor to ask listeners about the most ridiculous lies they’ve ever heard.
